These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products (waterproofing, EIFS, technical mortars, resins, tools, etc.) through the Aimsur SL online store . Placing an order implies full acceptance of this document.

1. INFORMATION AND PRICES

• Accuracy: Aimsur strives to ensure that technical data sheets and photos are accurate, but images are for illustrative purposes only. Yields and consumption depend on substrate preparation and site conditions; it is the customer’s responsibility to verify product suitability.
• VAT: Prices are shown excluding VAT (VAT not included) . The applicable tax will be itemized in the final shopping cart summary.

 

2. SHIPPING AND DOWNLOAD CONDITIONS

• Scope: Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula . For special destinations or projects with logistical restrictions, a specific transport quote can be prepared.
• Delivery to curbside: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is made to the curbside or the nearest accessible point. This does not include carrying items upstairs, crane, forklift, or manual unloading.
• Costs: Shipping costs are calculated by weight/volume at order completion. If, due to the nature of the load (e.g., multiple pallets), the system cannot calculate it, the customer will be informed before final acceptance.

 

3. RECEPTION AND INCIDENTS

It is mandatory for the customer to check the condition of the packages upon receiving the merchandise:

• If there is visible damage (breakage, moisture, missing packages), you must state this on the carrier’s delivery note .
• You must report the incident to info@aimsur.com within 24 hours . Without noting it on the delivery note and notifying us within the deadline, Aimsur will not be able to process your insurance claim.

 

4. PAYMENT METHODS AND RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

• Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and Bizum. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Retention of Title: Aimsur SL retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price, taxes and transport costs.

 

5. WITHDRAWAL AND EXCLUSIONS

• Consumers: You have 14 calendar days to return the product (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility). The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• Professionals/Companies: There is no right of withdrawal for purchases made within the scope of professional activity.
• TOTAL EXCLUSIONS: No returns accepted for:
  • Customized or dyed products.
  • Products that have been mixed inseparably.
  • Unsealed products that cannot be resold for safety or hygiene reasons.

 

6. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY

• Warranty: Aimsur is liable for defects as required by law. Damage due to improper application, unsuitable substrates, or inadequate storage is excluded.
• Limitation: Aimsur is not liable for work stoppages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from product delays or defects. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
